Pokemon Center 2016 Pokemon Time Campaign #9 Starly rubber strap. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in January, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Time Campaign #9. It came inside a box with one random strap inside. There were 11 different straps plus 1 secret rare strap in the series. It is made to attach to a mobile phone, but you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, cameras, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of rubber. NOTE: The straps inside the box were random, so the box has been opened to see which strap was inside.
