Pokemon Center 2016 Pokemon Time Campaign #10 Squirtle mascot plush keychain. It was sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in November, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Time Campaign #10. The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. This plush mascot keychain is different from other plush mascots. The fabric is like a yarn type fabric. Made of polyester, rayon and wool. NOTE, the way that this plush mascot keychain is made, it will not stand up on its own.
