Pokemon Store Tokyo Train Station 2013 Grand Opening Pikachu plush toy. It was only sold at the Pokemon Store Tokyo Train Station, starting in 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It was never sold at any of the Pokemon Centers, toy stores, or anywhere else. Pokemon Store is like a mini Pokemon Center, located inside the Tokyo train station. This is one of the promotional goods from the Grand Opening. Pikachu is wearing a hat and whistle like a train conductor. NOTE: The way that this plush toy is made, it will not stand up on its own.
