It took only about 5 days to reach the Philippines from Japan, and another day to my city. I was not expecting the fast shipping at all! The package itself was secure. Standard box that was not oversized nor too small for the plush, some layer of paper stuffing to keep it safe, and a protective plastic. It was a great unboxing experience because the packaging itself was professional and done well. Looking forward to ordering again from you.

I purchased a deck box, deck sleeves, and a button from Pokevault. I had found Pokevault searching for Toxtricity merch and they were the only shop to have the specific merch I was looking for. I was concerned with how long it would take to ship to the States from Japan but it shipped very quickly and arrived at the post office after just a few days. I wasn't home to receive the package but Brian from Pokevault reached out to ensure that they had contacted me about the package hold that same day. If Brian hadn't reached out I probably would not have made it to the post office to retrieve the package. Once I retrieved the items I was extremely happy with their condition and immediately swapped over my deck to show off the product. I will definitely go to Pokevault for exclusive item purchases in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to do the same!

I've been purchasing from Pokevault for years and the service has always been great. I get updates for my package right away and everything is safely well packed.
