Pokemon Center 2017 Look Upon The Stars Campaign Cosmog plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in May, 2017, for a very short time and in very limited quantity, during the Look Upon The Stars campaign. There was a strict 10 per person limit at the Pokemon Centers. IT SOLD OUT IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES ONLINE. Made of soft material (polyester). It is made in the Philippines, not China. Note: The way that this plush toy is made, it will not stand up on its own.
