Pokemon Cafe 2018 Pikachu Waitress mascot plush keychain. This mascot was not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place. It was only available if you had lunch or dinner at the Pokemon Cafe in Tokyo. The Pokemon Cafe does not allow people to eat there unless you have a reservation, so you had to make a reservation more than a month in advance. If you reserved lunch or dinner at the Pokemon Cafe, you were allowed to purchase this mascot. It has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. It is made in the Philippines, not China. Made of soft material (polyester). Note: The way that this plush mascot is made, it will not stand up on its own.
