Pokemon Cafe 2019 Clear Plastic Coaster Lottery Prize Series #8 Sobble. This clear plastic coaster was not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place. It was only given out as a lottery prize if you had lunch or dinner at the Pokemon Cafe in Tokyo & Osaka starting on November 15, 2019, for a very limited time. When you ate lunch or dinner, you received a lottery ticket. The lottery ticket could be redeemed for a random clear plastic coaster. The Pokemon Cafe does not allow people to eat there unless you have a reservation, so you had to make a reservation more than a month in advance. It is made to use as a coaster to set your drink on, or great to just collect. Made of thin plastic.
