Pokemon 2011 Tokyo Tower Summer Carnival Cup Tournament Plus Power reverse holofoil promo card. This card was only available to players who participated in the 2011 Pokemon Summer Carnival cup tournament. This special summer carnival cup tournament was only held in Tokyo at the Tokyo Tower in August, 2011. It was a 3-4 hour wait just to get in. Only a few lucky players were awarded this card. The card has a special logo on the middle right side of the card that says "Pokemon Card Game Summer Carnival in Tokyo Tower" in Japanese. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
