Pokemon Pikachu Ribbon Set of 2 Stickers
Pokemon Center Pikachu Red Ribbon set of 2 stickers. It was given out at the Japan Pokemon Centers if you purchased 1500yen (about $18) worth of items during a special limited time campaign, back a few years ago. Not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place. Only given out as a promotion. The back peels off and you can stick it on any surface. Out of production.
