Pokemon Center 2007 Pikachu, Piplup, Chimchar & Turtwig childrens toothbrush set lottery prize. It was only available in the "Ichiban Kuji" special lottery at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, back in 2007. If you paid 500 yen (About $6.50) for a random lottery ticket at the Pokemon Center, you had a chance to win this prize. It was not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores, or anywhere else. It was only available through the lottery. The odds of winning were VERY low. It is made for small children.

The drawstring bag can be used to store the toothbrush and cup when you travel. Made of plastic.
