Pokemon 2019 Shiny Jewel Pikachu & Pichu Secret Rare Rubber Mascot keychain. This is the secret rare in the series. It was only sold at the Pokemon Center and a few licensed Pokemon retailers in August, 2019, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. The keychain came inside a random box. There was 7 different rubber keychains plus 1 secret rare in the series. The keychain has a dangle with a plastic shiny, sparkling gem. It has a chain, so you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, cameras, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of rubber. NOTE: The box was opened to see which keychain was inside.
