Pokemon Center 2012 Pikachu with mini Meowth lottery prize medium size plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in July, 2012, in a lottery. If you bought a random lottery ticket at the Pokemon Center, you had a chance to win this prize. It was NOT FOR SALE at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores, or anywhere else. It was only available through the lottery. Chances of winning were very low. It comes with a mini Meowth attached (The Meowht is sewn on to Pikachu's hand, so it can not be removed). Made of polyester.
