Pokemon Center 2016 Pikachu & Friends - Eevee Twinkle Dream Umbreon, Espeon, Eevee & PIkachu mini clear plastic pouch lottery prize (Version #2). It was only available in the "Pikachu & Friends - Eevee Twinkle Dream special lottery at the Pokemon Centers and a couple other special locations in Japan, in April, 2106. The lottery was only for a very limited time. If you paid 620 yen (About $6) for a random lottery ticket at the Pokemon Center, you had a chance to win this prize. It was NOT FOR SALE at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores, or anywhere else. It was only available through the lottery. This is prize level "I". This mini size clear plastic pouch has a zipper to open and close the top. Its made of clear plastic, so you can see what you store inside. Good for storing small items. Made of plastic.
