Pokemon Center 2014 Pokemon Petit Campaign Chikorita Mascot plush keychain. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in 2014, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. This plush keychain was originally made in 2013, but it was re-made in 2014 with a different paper tag. The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a chain, so you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to.
