Pokemon Center Osaka 2012 Eevee with Tsutenkaku Tower mobile phone strap. It was only sold at the Pokemon Center in Osaka, Japan, in December, 2012, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It was NOT sold at any other Pokemon Center in Japan, only Osaka. Each of the 7 Japanese Pokemon Centers had different locally themed merchandise that corresponds to that particular area of Japan. It says "Osaka" on the back of the figure/charm. It is made to attach to a mobile phone, but you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, cameras, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of plastic.
