Pokemon Center Online 2017 Mimikyu Monthly Postcard Lottery Prize. It was never for sale in the Pokemon Center, toy stores, or anywhere. It was only available to Pokemon Center Online members as a prize in the lottery, in September, 2017. Those members who saved up enough points could play the slot machine. This was one of the prizes. There is a different postcard available every month. This is a real Japanese postcard that can actually be used (of course it requires a stamp if you send). Great to send to your friends or keep and collect them.
