Pokemon 2009 Octillery 2" TakaraTomy plastic figure. This figure was only sold at the movie theaters in Japan that were showing the Pokemon movie and a handful of 7-11 convenience stores, back in July, 2009. It comes in a special rare special package and the figure is not numbered. Very collectible. It is part of the Tomy Pokemon Monster Collection. Made of plastic.
