Pokemon 2009 talking Notched Ear Pichu plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers and a few toy stores in Japan, in July, 2009. When you hug it or shake it, it speaks over 10 different random phrases (in Japanese). It requires 3 AAA size batteries (NOT INCLUDED). Made of soft material (polyester). Out of production.
