It is a double sided cover, so there is a piece to snap on to the top and bottom of your Nintendo 3DSLL game system. It was only sold in Japan at the Pokemon Centers, starting in October, 2013. It was only sold for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. This is not a skin or a sticker. It is a clear plastic cover. This cover can only be used with the Nintendo 3DSLL game system. Made of clear, hard plastic. Out of production.
