It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in November, 2019, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the New Years campaign. IT COMPLETELY SOLD OUT IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES!!! There is a bell inside that makes noise. In Japan they are not actually used as bells, they are used as New Years decorations on your table. It comes in a cardboard box. Made of ceramic.
