Pokemon Center 2019 My 251 Campaign Nidorina large sticker. It was only given out at the Pokemon Centers in Japan for a very limited time, during the My 251 campaign, in June, 2019. Not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place. If you purchased items at the Pokemon Center during a limited time, you received one random sticker. The back peels off and you can stick it on any surface.
