It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers and movie theaters showing the new Pokemon movie "Volcanion and the Exquisite Magearna" , in July, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It has 3 detachable charms attached to a keyring. You can take the charms off and put them back on if you like. Made of metal.
