Pokemon Center 2016 Monthly Pair Pikachu Moon Viewing Festival Plush Toy (September)
Pokemon Center 2016 Monthly Pair Pikachu (September) plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in August, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. Due to the popularity and demand, the Pokemon Center imposed strict limits on these to limit the number that a person can buy. Every month there will be a different Pikachu plush toy with a different theme for that month. NOTE: This months Pikachus are slightly smaller than the other months because it is a set of 2. September in Japan is known for Tsukimi or "Moon Viewing Festival". Japanese wear kimonos and give offering of mochi (Japanese rice cake) and suzuki (bell wood branch) to honor the Autumn moon and pray for a good harvest. NOTE: The boy and girl Pikachu are sewn together (cannot be separated). Made of soft material (polyester).
