Pokemon Center 2016 Monthly Pikachu Graduation Plush Toy (March)
Pokemon Center 2016 Monthly Pikachu (March) plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in February, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. Due to the popularity and demand, the Pokemon Center imposed strict limits on these to limit the number that a person can buy. Every month there will be a different Pikachu plush toy with a different theme for that month. March is graduation time for students in Japan, so Pikachu is wearing a graduation outfit. Made of soft material (polyester).
