Pokemon Center 2018 Mid Summer Event Eevee Small Tote Bag. It was NOT sold in any Pokemon Center or any stores. It was only given away to customers at the Pokemon Centers in Japan who spent 4000 yen (About $37), in July, 2018. It was only given out for a very short time and in very limited quantity. It is a nice portable size to go shopping, so you can use it as an eco bag, purse, school bag, or for just about anything. Made of a thin, net type material. Avoid putting too heavy things in the bag to avoid tearing.
