Pokemon 2013 BW EBB Battle Boost Genesect prism holofoil card. It was only available inside the BW EBB Battle Boost Mewtwo Vs. Genesect theme deck that was released only in Japan in July, 2013. It is slightly different from other holofoil cards because it is like a prism instead of a regular holofoil card. It was not available in any other set or booster packs.
