Pokemon Center 2012 Meloetta Piroutte Forme Set of 2 Hair Ties
Pokemon Center 2012 Meloetta (Pirouette Forme) set of 2 childrens hair ties. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in May, 2012, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. The set comes with 2 hair ties. They have a plastic heart shaped container that is attached to a rubber band. The rubber band can tie around your pony tail. Inside the plastic container are beads. They make noise when you shake them. Made of plastic and rubber.
