Pokemon 2001 Meiji Chocolate Silver #2 Series Bayleef promo card. It came inside a box of Japanese Meiji chocolate back in 2001. Only sold in Japan for a short period of time. Chocolate and box not included (only the card). It was not for sale in any theme decks, sets, or booster packs. The card is actually a shiny silver reflective background, similar to a mirror, so the card doesnt scan very well. See 2nd picture for a better picture.
