Pokemon 2000 Meiji Chocolate Blue Series Pichu promo card. It came inside a box of Japanese Meiji chocolate back in 2000. Only sold in Japan for a short period of time. Chocolate and box not included (only the card). It was not for sale in any theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
