Pokemon Center 2015 Mega Tokyo Pikachu "Pikazard" authentic postcard lottery prize (Version #3). It was never for sale in the Pokemon Center, toy stores, or anywhere. If you spent 3000 yen (about $30), you got one chance in the bingo-type lottery. This was the 4th place prize in the lottery. There was a total of 6 different Mega Tokyo Pikachu postcards to choose from. Only given out for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. Says "Not For Sale" on the back of the postcard. This is a real Japanese postcard that can actually be used (of course it requires a stamp if you send). Great to send to your friends or keep and collect them. NOTE: The postcard may have very very slight surface scratches that are only visible if you tilt the postcard in the light a certain way. They came in a block of postcards at the Pokemon Center, so they sometimes rub against each other before they are given out.
