Pokemon Center Mega Tokyo 2014 Grand Opening Pikachu "Pikazard" plush toy (Version #2). This is the special (mouth open) version. It was sold at the Mega Tokyo Pokemon Centers in December, 2014, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It was NOT sold at any of the other Pokemon Centers. Made of soft material (polyester). NOTE: The way that this plush toy is made, it will not stand up on its own.
