Pokemon Center 2018 Pokemon Research Magikarp lottery prize Gyarados mamezara small size ceramic plate (Version #4). It was only available in the "Pokemon Research" (Magikarp edition) special lottery at the Pokemon Centers and a few other licensed locations in Japan, in January, 2018. The lottery was only for a very limited time. If you paid 620 yen (About $6) for a random lottery ticket, you had a chance to win this prize. It was NOT FOR SALE at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores, or anywhere else. It was only available through the lottery. This is prize level "C". The plate is a "Mamezara" which means small plate in Japanese. Its a little smaller than the size of a coffee cup saucer. Its perfect for small items like peanuts, soy sauce, small dessert, candy, etc. Made of ceramic.
