Pokemon Center 2013 Shiny Magikarp lottery prize sticker. There was a lottery at the Japan Pokemon Centers in March, 2013, to celebrate the renewal of the Nagoya Pokemon Center. If you spent 3000 yen (about $33), you got one chance in the bingo-type lottery. This was the 3rd (lowest) prize in the lottery. Not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place. Only given out as a lottery prize. The back peels off and you can stick it on any surface.
