It was sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in May, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Look Upon The Stars campaign. The hood has strings that you can tighten or tie. Inside the sweatshirt has the Look Upon The Stars fabric pattern. Made in very limited quantity. Made of 100% cotton.
