Pokemon Center 2011 Halloween Litwick, Lampent & Chandelure set of 3 charms. This charm set was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in September, 2011, for a very limited time during the Halloween promotion. Made in very limited quantity. Each charm has a clip so that it can clip on to bags, keyrings, bracelets or any other item that you wish to attach it to. See "Additional Images" for a closeup of the charms.
