Pokemon 2011 Leafeon Tomy 2" Monster Collection Plastic Figure M-139

Pokemon 2011 Leafeon 2" TakaraTomy plastic figure. This figure was sold at the Pokemon Centers and a few toy stores in Japan, starting in August, 2011.  It is part of the new Tomy Pokemon Monster Collection.  The figure comes with a plastic square shaped base. The base has a turning gear inside it. You can connect to other bases to make a stage. When you rotate the gear, the figure can turn around. Made of plastic. Out of production.
