Pokemon Center 2019 SM#11 Miracle Twins Special Set Lance & Dragonite set of 64 deck sleeve protectors. This set of deck sleeves came inside the SM#11 Miracle Twins special booster box set that was only sold on the Japan Pokemon Center online website, in May, 2019, for a very limited time and very limited quantity. IT WAS ONLY SOLD ONLINE AND THERE WAS A LIMIT OF 2 PER PERSON. It was NOT sold directly in the Pokemon Center. It was only available inside the set (Contents of the booster box set NOT INCLUDED. You will receive only the deck sleeves). You can put one card in each soft sleeve to protect the cards in your deck while you play the game. Comes with 64 sleeves, so there are 4 extra in case you tear any. They are made of soft plastic.
