Pokemon Center Kyoto 2016 Grand Opening Poncho Pikachu Lugia & Ho-ohg wooden strap. It was not for sale in the Pokemon Center or anywhere else. It was only given out as a special present at the grand opening of the Pokemon Center Kyoto, in March, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It has a strap, so you can use it as a Christmas ornament, or attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of wood.
