Pokemon Center 2019 Kirie (Paper Cutout) Campaign Pikachu acrylic plastic keychain (Version #1). It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers and a few licensed Pokemon retail shops in July, 2019, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It came in a paper envelope with one random keychain. There was 8 different keychains in the series. The keychain has a chain so you can attach it to your keyring, wallet, bag, luggage, or whatever you want to attach it to. Made of hard acrylic plastic (chain is metal). NOTE: The paper envelope has been opened to see which keychain was inside.
