Pokemon Center 2010 Ganbare Piplup Campaign "Happy Piplup" plush toy. This limited edition plush toy was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in March, 2010, for a very limited time ("Ganbare" means "Do your best" in Japanese). There was a total of 4 different versions of this plush made (Happy, Sad, Angry & Relaxed). Made of soft material (polyester).
