Pokemon Center 2016 Halloween Circus Campaign RANDOM rubber strap (1 Random strap). It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in September, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Halloween Circus campaign. The box comes with one random strap inside (Either Pikachu, Eevee, Minun/Plusle, Pumpkaboo, Drifloon, Umbreon, Espeon, Electrode/Goomy, Joltik or Meloetta Pirouette Forme). You will receive 1 RANDOM, UNOPENED strap. You cannot choose which one that you receive.
