Pokemon Center 2019 Halloween Festival Campaign Glow In The Dark Pikachu Acrylic Plastic Charm With Chain. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, in September, 2019, during the Halloween Festival campaign. The charm has a long chain so you can attach it to your keyring, wallet, bag, luggage, or whatever you want to attach it to. Also, the 3 metal charms on the chain glow in the dark. The charm also sparkles with glitter. Made of hard acrylic plastic (chain is metal).
