Pokemon Center 2019 Halloween Festival Campaign Glow In The Dark Celebi Acrylic Plastic Charm With Chain. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, in September, 2019, during the Halloween Festival campaign. The charm has a long chain so you can attach it to your keyring, wallet, bag, luggage, or whatever you want to attach it to. Also, the 3 metal charms on the chain glow in the dark. The charm also sparkles with glitter. Made of hard acrylic plastic (chain is metal).

I've been ordering holiday costumed Pilkachus from Pokevault since 2020. Thanks to Brian, I've been able to create a beautiful collection of pokemon wearing costumes (my personal weakness when it comes to plushes). The prices are a little bit higher when it comes to things that are available from the Pokemon Center in the US or Canada, but I think it's worth it to buy from here whenever I can. Everything arrives carefully packaged and sometimes faster than orders from the Pokemon Center. Plus, there are all kinds of Japan-only items that we cannot get here. Best of all, Brian is also just an awesome human who is clearly passionate about making this site wonderful.
