Pokemon Center 2017 Pokemon Halloween Time Campaign RANDOM rubber strap. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in September, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Halloween Time campaign. The box comes with one random strap inside (Either Pikachu, Mimikyu, Eevee, Bewear, Rowlet, Litten, Popplio, Cubone or Pumpkin Mimikyu/Ghost Pikachu). You will receive one UNOPENED, RANDOM rubber strap (You cannot choose which one you receive). It is made to attach to a mobile phone, but you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, cameras, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of rubber.
