Pokemon Center 2017 Pokemon Halloween Time Campaign Eevee mascot plush keychain. It was sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in September, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. IT COMPLETELY SOLD OUT IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AT SOME OF THE POKEMON CENTERS AND ONLINE. The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of soft material (polyester).
