These cards were only available to players who reached the 2 point level in the 2016 20th Anniversary Festa Tournament, in November, 2016. There was 2 different versions made, holofoil and normal (non-holofoil). This is the Holofoil version. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
