Pokemon 2019 Starter Set V 60 Card Theme Deck (Grass). It was only sold in Japan, in November, 2019. There was a limit of 2 per person at the Pokemon Center. It contains a total of 60 cards including a Celebi-V, Grookey & Rillaboom holofoil cards. There are 23 numbered cards in the set (You will receive more than one of some cards).
