Pokemon 2011 Tokyo Tower Summer Carnival Grass Energy reverse holofoil promo card. This card was only available to winners in the 2011 Pokemon Summer Carnival tournament. This special summer carnival and tournament was only held in Tokyo at the Tokyo Tower in August, 2011. It was a 3-4 hour wait just to get in. If you won a battle, you were awarded a random energy card. The card has a special logo on the bottom right corner of the card that says "Pokemon Card Game Summer Carnival in Tokyo Tower" in Japanese. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
