Pokemon Center 2018 Pokemon Research Gengar lottery prize Gengar Neck Warmer (Version Last One). It was only available in the "Pokemon Research" (Gengar edition) special lottery at the Pokemon Centers and a few other licensed locations in Japan, in February, 2018. The lottery was only for a very limited time. If you paid 620 yen (About $6) for a random lottery ticket, you had a chance to win this prize. It was NOT FOR SALE at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores, or anywhere else. It was only available through the lottery. This is prize level "Last One". It was very difficult to get. It is a neck warmer. You wrap it around your neck to keep your neck warm. Made of soft material (polyester). Gelatoni stuffed cat NOT INCLUDED.
