Pokemon Center 2013 Genesect holofoil prism promo card. It was given away at the Pokemon Centers in Japan if you purchased items from the Pokemon Center in April, 2013. It is slightly different from other holofoil cards because it is like a prism instead of a regular holofoil card. It was only given out for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. Limited to one per visit. Not for sale in any theme decks, sets, or booster packs. Comes sealed in plastic wrapper (Booklet not included).
